DEFINITION
To improve understanding and communication in this privacy policy, the following terms are defined:
- „TSC FC” means TSC Football Club.
- „TSC LP” means “TSC Football Club Loyalty Program.”
- „Program” refers to the TSC Football Club loyalty program.
- „Member” means a person enrolled in the membership program.
- „Membership” means that arrangement by which a member agrees to participate in the program and receive promotional material and by purchasing a specific product (including membership fee) of TSC Football Club and thus qualifies to receive promotional material under these Terms and Conditions. The members do not have management rights in FC TSC.
- „Promotional Material” means the goods or services that members receive by purchasing a particular membership package.
PREAMBLE
The TSC Football Club Loyalty Program (TSC LP) is a program that offers individuals the chance to become members of the TSC Supporters Club. Members agree to receive advertising, marketing materials and other communications from TSC FC, except where expressly prohibited as an option.
The TSC Football Club logo and other logos and slogans are the intellectual property of TSC Football Club. Membership rules are void to the extent prohibited by law.
MEMBERSHIP
Membership is open to all individuals, regardless of age, location or otherwise. There are three membership options: Junior (0-14), Adult- LION (15 + ) and FAN.
For the first 2000 members, a free ticket for one match of the club’s choice.
The possibility of getting tickets for away games without compensation.

*Refers to goods, food and drinks that can be purchased at the stadium, in the club store and WEB shop.
Membership is non-transferable and subject to current and future program rules. Upon registration, acceptance of these terms and conditions shall begin when a new member registers with TSC LP.
TSC FC may refuse membership registration and reserves the right not to disclose the reasons for such action.
Members may suspend or terminate their accounts or use of the Online or Mobile Services at any time for any or no reason. Members are responsible for all orders placed or charges incurred prior to membership termination.
TSC FC reserves the right to change, suspend or terminate all or any aspect of TSC LP at any time without notice. Termination may occur if a member commits any act of providing misleading information or abuses any privilege or engages in any fraudulent activities within the program or fails to comply with program policies and procedures.
REWARDS AND REDEMPTION
As soon as the membership becomes active, a member should select which match would like to watch and the discount is applied at the point of purchase, which is only possible with the membership card at the point of purchase.
TSC FC will deliver the coupons to the user’s card according to the instructions indicated in the club’s official application. TSC FC will determine from time-to-time which goods and services will be recorded on the member’s account for such purchases.

TSC FC reserves the right to occasionally provide TSC LP members with promotional offers based on purchase activity, geographic location, program participation, or information provided by the member.
DELIVERY OF PROMOTIONAL MATERIAL
TSC FC will send advertising material (packages) to the addresses of the members that they have given when registering. All shipping costs are to be borne by the recipient. It is possible to pick up the membership package in person at the club store in the stadium if this was indicated when filling out the application form.
Redemption orders cannot be revoked, cancelled, returned, or exchanged once accepted by TSC FC and promotional materials will not be returned.
Promotional materials in the form of vouchers or coupons are only valid in participating stores or with the vendors specified on the vouchers or coupons and only for the items specified therein.
PRIVACY POLICY
The information provided by the members will be used exclusively by TSC FC and only for tracking awards, promotional material and for marketing activities. TSC FC will not sell data to third parties. However, that data could be shared with the club’s official sponsors. The TSC LP privacy policy is fully compliant with the Personal Data Protection Act and other applicable laws of the Republic of Serbia.
TSC FC does not sell data on members’ actions with other organizations and does not export data abroad.
Pursuant to Article 23 of the Law on Protection of Personal Data (“Official Gazette of the RS”, No. 87/2018, hereinafter: “the Law”) and in accordance with the General Decree on Data Protection No. 2016/679, further: (“GDPR”) TSC FC as a controller processes the following personal data:
Name, surname, delivery address, date of birth, contact telephone number and e-mail address.
The data is processed for the purpose of signing the application form for the FC TSC fan club membership, as well as for the purpose of sending notifications and information about the club and promotional and marketing activities.
Legal basis: processing is necessary for joining the FC TSC fan club, which is created by filling out the application form.
The subject data is a necessary condition for concluding a contract on joining the fan club and accepting membership.
Data is stored for a maximum of 10 years.
The person whose personal data is processed has the right of access, the right to correction, addition, deletion, restriction, and portability of data, as well as the right to object and automated individual decision-making.
The person has the right to revoke consent at any time, whereby the revocation of consent does not affect the admissibility of the processing before the revocation.
In case of revocation of consent, the Controller will not process the data of the person to whom the revocation applies, unless the Controller has legal authorization for processing.

The operator will respond to each request as soon as possible, and in any case no later than within 30 days of receiving the request in accordance with Article 21 of the Law and Article 12 of the GDPR.
A person can file a complaint regarding the processing of his personal data before the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Protection of Personal Data.
The operator and processor have implemented technical and organizational protection measures for the security and integrity of personal data, protection of data from unauthorized access, malicious actions, loss, or disclosure of data to unauthorized third parties.
By accepting this Notice, the person is aware and agrees that his/her personal data specified in this Notice are processed by the Controller and the Processor, as well as that the said data can be accessed by the persons employed and engaged by the Controller and the Processor. Persons accessing personal data are required to keep the data confidential and secure, and they are required to use personal data only for the purposes mentioned above.
GENERAL
Membership is renewed each season (unless otherwise noted); cards are issued once every three years (unless otherwise indicated). In case of loss or theft, the owner of the card is obliged to contact the club to block the card. Issuance of a new card is possible upon request and payment is made according to the current price list published on the web shop or in the TSC store. TSC FC may change, at any time and without prior notice, these Terms and Conditions and offers for promotional material. TSC FC may make such a change even if it results in a reduction or termination of the number or value, or expiration period, of any existing or future prize. TSC FC will endeavor to notify members of any changes. TSC FC may also change, at any time and without notice, the qualifying goods, and services and/or the number of rewards that members will receive for the purchase of such goods and services.
TSC FC is not responsible if members have made any unauthorized claim of prizes, any unauthorized use or sale of promotional material, any loss, theft or damage to any promotional material during delivery, any promotional material that was not available from any reasons, any failure to comply with the Terms and Conditions for the delivery of promotional material by the Supplier, suspension and/or termination of the program, any technical failure of the system, including the mobile application and the TSC LP website, which may interfere with the Member’s transaction.
All conditions and warranties, whether express or implied and arising by operation of law or otherwise, as to the condition, fitness, quality, suitability or safety of any goods or services supplied under the program are expressly excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law. Any liability that TSC LP may have to a member under legislation in respect of such non-excludable goods and services is limited, where permitted, to supplying or paying the cost of resupplying the goods or services or repairing, or paying the cost of repairing goods, at the option of TSC LP.
TSC FK reserves the right to suspend or terminate TSC LP at any time without notice. TSC FC reserves the right to assign or sell the program to another company whereby TSC FC transfers all rights and obligations under these terms of membership without any further consent and may disclose or transfer any information about members of TSC LP to a potential or actual new owner. Such disclosure or transfer shall not alter the members’ rights with respect to such another company’s use of such information.
